Climate Week Zurich (2026)
- Climate Week Zurich is a city-wide platform convening business, policy, and civil society to accelerate and scale measurable climate solutions
My responsibilities included:
- Ensured quality, consistency and coherence of partner event registrations with Climate Week Zurich guidelines
- Supported ambassador engagement across key events and on-site event operations, including participant registration
- Created social media content and edited website blogs to promote events and increase audience engagement
- Supported impact analysis by cleaning, standardising and consolidating participant data from partner events
Event Coordinator
Pint of Science, Switzerland (2026)
- Annual volunteer-led international science festival bringing researchers and the public together through informal talks
The work involved:
- Co-leading the organisation and promotion of a 3-day public science event, supporting programme development and audience engagement
- Identifying and coordinating speakers and supporting internal and external communications, for event delivery, logistics, advertising and funding
- I secured EUR 1,000 sponsorship from industry through external engagement and coordination
Outreach and Communications Co-ordinator
The SWGO Collaboration (2024-2025)
- Part of a 3-person team of coordinators for Outreach and Communication activities of the Southern Widefield Gamma-ray Observatory (SWGO) collaboration
The work involved:
- Coordinating internal and external communications across multinational teams
- Improving SWGO’s visibility externally
- Ensuring consistent messaging and accessibility internally
- Creating content for and maintaining SWGO’s webpages
Coordinator
The MAGIC Collaboration (2025)
- Designed and implemented a collaboration-wide mentorship programme, coordinating participation and internal communication, supporting knowledge exchange, with excellent feedback from all participating members
- Co-synthesised findings of the biennial Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) survey into structured outputs to inform discussions, supporting evidence-based institutional decision-making on inclusive practices
Science Demonstrator
La Nuit de la Sciences (2022)
- La Nuit de la Sciences is Geneva’s annual public science fair, the 2022 edition saw 30-35k attendees over two days
- I demonstrated the Mini-PAN (prototype of the Penetrating Particle Analyzer) and the TimePix technology as part of the team from the Department of Nuclear and Particle Physics DPNC of the University of Geneva
Visitor Management
CERN Open Days (2019)
- CERN Open Days are a special event taking place every 4-5 years, during which CERN allows the public to visit its facilities, including normally inaccessible areas like the underground experimental caverns
- The 2019 edition saw 75k attendees (x2 higher than expected)
- I supported visitor management efforts at the ALICE experimental facility entrance
